The Casting Couch Theatre Company was created in March 1998 by Julie Dougherty and Karen Sparks, comprised mainly of Eastern Michigan University theatre students and alumni.. Their first production was "Talk Radio" by Eric Bogosian, performed at the Riverside Arts Center. Now in the process of their second production, "Edmond", by David Mamet, Casting Couch is continuing to learn about creating theatre.
